This is a very timely post. I have...Good for you!!<br />This is a very timely post. I have a friend who is a crossfit instructor, he has been urging me to start. I had a son 10 months ago. It was a quick and gentle vaginal birth, though I noticed bulging in my vagina. I have been doing a lot of kegel exercises and am getting results. With crossfit, I was concerned that it might be too much strain on my pelvic muscles?
