I was in no way tempted to lie in that bed!melissa v.https://www.blogger.com/profile/14872177586401321895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20642800.post-54167721945790538372009-04-16T14:13:00.000-04:002009-04-16T14:13:00.000-04:00DUH

It hurts SO bad and feels SO miserable!

I alwasy wonder what the OB's think when (if) they ever see real labor or unhindered birth via videos or whatnot when every single woman is rocking, leaning forward, moving around....do they feel weird? Guilty? Do they think about why, or even just stop tp accept it as how female humans give birth?

I mean, I could make a zillion goofy analogies (would they like to get their teeth worked on while upside down) but there isnt really any good ones, because only WE (women) can give birth and their technology MUST be reassessed and worked AROUND OUR natural instincts and motions and needs. DUH
duh duh duh duh

I think the misogeny in the obstetrical field is astonishing, criminal, and extremely important to society as a whole and MUST be changed. Starting in med school, the media, everywhere, now.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09181616889572851621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20642800.post-38980180905678255602009-04-16T00:01:00.000-04:002009-04-16T00:01:00.000-04:00And if I had wheels I'd be a wagon!
;) Just jokin...And if I had wheels I'd be a wagon!

;) Just joking, it's nice to see this stuff actually proven with studies.Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17475112158639748154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20642800.post-71799369853877350412009-04-15T16:55:00.000-04:002009-04-15T16:55:00.000-04:00BBC on home birth safey, just FYI! http://news.bb...BBC on home birth safey, just FYI! http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/7998417.stmAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
