ReplyDeletei have been reading your blog for a long long time but only now do i post a comment.
i wanted to buy one from you -I love your linen wraps!!-, only my babe is a heavy toddler. i still wear him with my woven wrap and its OK, only on my hip he sometimes get lower and lower, do you think that could happen with linen? or does the ring prevent that?
sorry for the long comment, and, anyway, count me in!
i will post your link on my French expat moms website, does that qualify?
thank you so much!
Isabelle
Isabelle,
ReplyDeleteI find that ring slings stay quite snug as long as the rings are the right size for the weight of fabric. Linen isn't a very stretchy fabric either, so it usually holds the baby in place well. However, I personally prefer a different kind of carrier for toddlers (soft structured carrier such as an Ergo or mei tai) because it distributes the weight more evenly. But some people still like ring slings for toddlers. Is there a way you could try someone's ring sling and see if you like it first?
And yes, linking there would definitely qualify!
Congrats on your impending graduation! I'd love to be entered in the contest--my friend's expecting a baby in January!
