We started at 9 am and ended at 9:40 pm. Today was all hands-on, training 4 groups of 12 people each. We had 3 stations set up with 3 Sophie and Her Mum simulators.
I left totally exhausted but also full of oxytocin. These midwives and doctors are amazing and give the best hugs! I got a rebozo shakedown at the end of the training, which felt amazing.
I found a few more pictures from yesterday--one with an attendee, one of my colleague lecturing while I demonstrated with a doll and pelvis, the the last where we ate lunch.
I made a quick dinner from leftovers and ingredients in the fridge. I'm SO tired. Time to crash...
