Plus I've been waking up as early as 4:45 am most mornings due to the noise outside, and having problems falling asleep.
We had an excellent group today--half from Poland, half from Hungary, and one from Germany. Such amazing energy and passion. All but one were OBs, similar to the other two days with just a few midwives total.
One of the little tips I give students is to hum "Somewhere Over The Rainbow." It reminds them that the baby is always watching the rainbow (sacrum) when they do the Side to Side maneuver. Yesterday evening, an attendee took this picture as she was leaving the workshop hotel. Very appropriate.
