Zari has a bunch of college applications and scholarship essays due today and tomorrow. We've been helping her revise, cut word counts, and come up with just the perfect word where needed.
Dio had another optional team conditioning practice, in which it was just him and his coach!
Eric and I went grocery shopping, carrying home 200 Euros of groceries. Literally carrying them, not figuratively! It was a long, heavy walk home.
It's New Year's Eve with racuous singing from the Irish pub outside...and it's only 9 pm! I doubt I'll be awake at midnight. Whereas my Argentinian friend says, "In Argentina, the party is just starting at midnight!"
Inga is decorating her room with fairly lights, fake plants hanging in blown glass bottles (one of her Christmas presents), and LED candles. She wants new curtains and nicer shelves. I see some small renovations in our future! Her room is literally a half-hallway--the space above the hallway that connects the front and back halves of the apartment.
